Well, you can't live in the Caribbean

without being intimately aware

and a part of the music

that was born there and lives there yet.

And we met, I met this family

of Rastafarians in an island,

in their island enclave,

little island nation in

the eastern Caribbean

called Dominica.

And I met this wonderful family,

and and they took took me in to

their to their place

and you know said hey go down to the river man you

spend some time down there stay for days

we don't care just have

have yourself a good time

and they had wonderful food

and bananas and coconuts

and it was just awesome

I stayed there for days

and they were really really

good gardeners too
